Landfills overflowing into oceans
60-hour work weeks and minimal postpartum leave
Walmart, the Dollar Tree and the Golden Corral
Christian cults that only allow the voices of men to be heard
Romanticizing the “good ol days” when water fountains were separate and women couldn’t vote
All you can eat buffets with half the food wasted
Those native to here confined to reservations teeming with despair
