3 steps to peace

I haven't taken anxiety meds for 9 years but now feel the familiar warnings creeping back in as I navigate things like "should I scroll past that post?", "respond with science/research?", "risk going inside that place?", "watch that debate?"...
Here are my strategies for finding my breath again:
1. Let it out - tell someone what you are feeling. I'm happy to be that person for you.
2. Take in something healthy - for me, it's music.
3. Change your perspective - not just in your mind but in your body. My perspective-shifting place is the middle of this field. Where is yours?
